Starting with the end in mind

Created:

Our stakeholder assessments begin with the possible futures for a client envisioned by stakeholders. Then we work backwards to define how this change can be accomplished and why it is important. The "arrow shaped" diagram captures the series of steps we take to collect, process, and apply stakeholder input.

The process is guided by qualitative research method designed to help stakeholders articulate the desirable and possible future conditions for the client. We enhance data with analytical and external input to identify the changes required to achieve the possible future. It sounds simple; however, deep in the qualitative weeds lurks complexity and massive analytic effort. To navigate the weeds, we use artificial intelligence to reduce complexity and optimize labor, this allows us to deliver the results:

  1. Deep, rich data,
  2. An inspiring, achievable vision for change, and
  3. Highly-engaged stakeholders.
